I remember also that the YMCA (where I used to work as a personal trainer) had one of these trinities going in their motto "Spirit-Mind-Body", which Google says was adopted in 1891 [!]

The first obstacle - the realization that you do NOT have those qualities that, as in the [G] quote, people by and large presume themselves to already possess. That is, the ability to *Be*|*Do* from a place of real, Esssence-grade authenticity, rather than be compelled by one's patterning and mistake it for "choice" and "free will". Is that more or less correct?
